for friendlist and chat it must be that your ps4 is affected by 1.70 bugs, but today there is maintenance and if you have got this problems only today is because there is maintenance! Sorry for bad english

Yeah. You have it set straight to Multiplayer once the disc loads? I have Extinction set up that way. We're out of there until Sony decides to stop updating their shit store.

This is more than likely an issue with Playstation Network's servers or your internet connection as it is... Try and see if the network status is available.
