No boot camp will not harm your mac. It's a feature implemented by apple them self's to allow use of both mac and windows on a apple device. once you install boot camp you can then simply choose to use windows then proceed to use octosniff. The you can simply switch back and forth between mac and windows as you please.

Edit: And to answer you question no octosniff can not be enabled to support the call of duty series as stated before.
