And, on further note, Chaitin Tech did jailbreak the 4.01 firmware.

Like Frosty stated, there is one you can consider as on 1.76. In addition, Chaitin Crew did get one on 4.01 which of course, Flatz did in one day with Linux, but Chaitin reported it to Sony which ended up being a burnt exploit. In addition, qwerty did release a RCE WebKit for the PS4 for firmwares 4.0X, so we might be able to get goodies out of this. Only time can tell where this will lead us.
