It isn't anything special. It only records trophies after you sign up on the website so it doesn't count trophies you've already earned. Plus, you can only receive each trophy category reward once, which would only add up to 1,350 total points... which is only equivalent to ~$13.50 (As CoD WWII on the site is 5,999 points).

Have you tried that? The terms say you can earn the passes 12 times in a year.
