Hackforums would be your best bet for this question.

Honestly, I don't know much about this.

Typically, the modem that connects you to the Internet is the one with the public IP, while your computer that connects to either the router (which connects to the modem) or directly to your modem has a private IP address.

Its highly unlikely your actually seeing your computer's IP in your first picture (You must login or register to view this content.). Its quite a bit more likely that you're seeing your modem's IP address. For example, when I connect to the Internet via my iPhone, iPod Touch, Mac, PC, or even virtual machine, they'll all have the same IP (as they're all on the same LAN, which is connected to the rest of the world via the router and modem).

Conclusion: You're really talking about two different things here, a private and public IP are two different things, and more likely than not, you don't have a public IP address. You're computer probably has a private IP address, which it receives via DHCP from your router, the rest of the data comes in through the modem, to your router, than via NAT to your private IP.

tl;dr - You probably don't have a public IP address on your computer, if you want me to help you set up your RAT, just let me know.
