Are you talking about Visual Studios? If so, either add a reference, then right click the toolbox and click "choose items" and browse again for the DLL or drag and drop it in your toolbox.

I tried that and actually i tried both ways.

are the controls not showing in the toolbox? or is it not debugging once you've applied the theme?
