(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Just a question. Anyone want to learn a higher-level programming language? I would go over printing, flow control (loops, if statements), math, functions, classes, file reading + writing, string manipulation, and all that jazz.

I don't want to spend a ton of time making a tutorial and there is no intrest.

I prefer Python more. I have used C and C++, but Python is just better IMO. C and C++ do have better speed and compile into a native .exe, but Python is just awesome. Python has nice addons, like pygame and wxpython. Python is much more like English, while C/C++ is more low level and too much house keeping and pointless stuff to make a program run. Python is also an interpeted language, which is awesome for debugging and quick tests.

I would. I started learning C# but after a while it's got boring.

Yes! Ive been meaning to dive into python, ive had it sitting patiently on my desktop, but i have been busy with quarter terms and work :(

What are some of python's broad uses? Is it widely accepted as a useful language?

Like for businesses; programming req etc//..

I think it would be great if you could start a step by step, i would definately rep up @@
