Someone said I should make it in the SB, forgot who though. Thanks for the idea!

This is the NGZip Compressor. NG stands for NextGen, as in NextGenUpdate.
This is the main screen of the program:
You must login or register to view this content.

You basically paste in the folder you want to compress files that are inside, then press the button!
It's that simple :p The log file will also tell you the file size before and after.
You must login or register to view this content.

These are the compression ratio's I have found with the program:

Text files will be compressed by up to 6200%. However,
formatting does play a large role, and will some times make the
compressed file bigger. Don't ask me how, I don't know :p

Media files will generally stay around the same size, because
most of the time they are compressed to the fullest.

You must login or register to view this content.

I threw this together in about 20 minutes, so it doesn't have
all of the bells and whistles like file association and whatnot. Any
suggestions are appreciated Happy

Looks decent. I have made a few myself (except it parses bytes instead of text). I'm wondering what algorithm you used though. Sounds interesting.

oh alright. I assumed you made your own (which why I was amazed). Also may I suggest deflate? Works very well.
