If you're scared of downloading the file, here's one I just quickly put together. Should be pretty similar to the other. Can't see how many other ways you could do it.

Open Notepad
Paste this:
Set wshShell =wscript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
do
wscript.sleep 100
wshshell.sendkeys "{CAPSLOCK}"
loop

Save as .vbs and run. If you want to end it the process is called Wscript (which VBS pulls to run the file)

Yea i believe thats the code ^^^ also you can always open it with notpad and it tells you the script

i would scan it but i haven't downloaded any anti virus programs

Scan it ? Why lol virus are only in .exe forum. And any .bat or .vbs can easily be opened with notepad and checked to see what is the source without excuteing it.
