Do you have the tools ,for modding on Mac?

ok just install wine than use wine to execute the targetmanagerinstaller.exe after this just use wine to execute debugger and targetmanager works like on windows but it simulates a windows os like java

OR he could use something called Campu I guess that is built into his OS and install Win OS from there
