I would make a bootable windows 7 USB then go into your bios and set it to boot from USB first, than see what happens.

I said i couldn't enter anything its just a black screen...

What laptop is it ?, you enter bios when booting even if theres no drive you will still be able to boot into the bios.

Usually to boot into your bios, on startup press either delete/f2/f12/f10. Keep pressing one of the listed til you boot into it, then proceed to do what RADDY said. Also, have you installed a OS on the HDD?

No the hdd is clean nothing on it and if none of this works i think my screen is messed up but the laptop turns on fine and sounds like it's running fine but nothing on the screen so im kinda confused really don't wanna take it to a shop cause they will prob want 100 dollar to fix the shit sadly lol

Have you tried what me and Dan have suggested, if you tell us your model we can tell you haw to get into the bios to change boot priority. Then just create a bootable usb, if you need help creating one let us know also and we can provide you with the necessary tutorial.

I said it was a HP, idk what kinda it is i don't have any info on it anymore

You still have windows on your old HDD, correct? If so, I suggest using Windows 7 USB tool or WinToFlash and install Windows via USB onto the HDD.

The model should be on the bottom or top of the screen. Google the model number on the bottom.
