Like if I access it via a proxy site it works, so its like my computer randomly blocks it at 9pm? I have zero restrictions on my computer and my network, like I own them both so I haven't set myself any restrictions, so why would it be happening? Its really weird and I cannot figure it out! My computer is windows 8 btw, and it won't load on any browser after 9pm. Help please??! its the only site that it happens to too
