I have Win 8.1
4GB Ram
500GB Hdd

Intel N2930 Processor
Graphics Card not sure it's a all in one Touch Screen PC

i seriously doubt you will ever get gtav to run on that machine celeron processor no good for gaming

Like ian_ said your machine will not run this game. But anyways I would to try this Mod which might allow your machine to run the game in an ultra low setting... You must login or register to view this content.
