Post: Windows 8.1 Narrator speaking on login screen

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey, I have this annoying issue with my computer, whenever I sign in/log off etc, there's a Narrator voice saying everything I type and click. I have tried everything to disable it, but I cant seem to find the problem... If anyone can solve this, you will be rewarded Sal

and yes, I have tried going in to Ease of access and shit multiple times...

The Narrator thing is only whilst on the lockscreen, when I login its not there/ enabled anymore.... :/

Also, can confirm its not the Narrator.... I went to the login screen and enabled Narrator, now I can hear 2 voices..... :(
