Is it from an internal server? Could be a DNS issue.

Or the server has your IP blocked  I had this once.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but if you're using a VPN. Later on, your wifi will start to get corrupted since you're switching to different proxies / locations. In addition, sometimes it bugs out your whole WiFi whenever you connect it back to its original phase (your internet).

Since you're asking that DNS Server from the website to send you the IP Address of the site. The DNS (Domain Name System) Server might send the site's IP Address, but it'll get lost through TCP. So, whenever it's sending you these packets / IP. There might be a broken wire somewhere through TCP, and it'll get lost. If TCP doesn't send you the IP Address back, best chances are to do this to fix it:

1) Fully turn off your Portable Computer (Shut Down).
2.) Unplug your router, and leave it off for 5 minutes.
3.) Turn everything back on, and make sure you don't run a VPN unless you need to.

Hope you learned a small lesson haha, and it fixes your issue.
