(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15 3521, it was on Windows 8 but I updated it to Windows 10. I'm trying to reset it as I'm trying to sell it but it kept saying, "There was an error resetting your pc" or something like that. I tried everything but nothing seems to work.

Just stick the recovery disk or a disk/usb with Win 10 on it - then select 'clean install'.

It'll put all current data in a folder called 'Windows.Old' which you can backup or just delete.
