Bit more info would be better. If it can turn on without running anything then let the battery drain and completely restart it ?

System 32 is something your computer needs to run. Without that you're fuc**d. You need to reinstall the os from the disc.

Isn't there a safe guard making it so you can't unless you remove permissions?

Try:

Boot your Computer pressing ALT F10 ( If you dont get to the ERecovery management dialouge box then power down and re try)

Than restore your Computer to Factory settings, It should format, than re download all the Computers proper Files Smile

Hope I helped, As this worked for me when my file system went Corrupt Smile
