I have Destiny psn version BLES, i downloaded the .pkg file and in my data utilities i can now hover over the destiny icon and it says 1.03, when i now load the game , it says

"This content can be used if you renew the lisence in playstionstore"

how do i get by this?

People say i need a RAP file? Anyone out there?

Whoever posted the .pkg file should have provided rap file as well. You are better off with downloading game backup or another .pkg with rap file rather than looking for rap file for the .pkg u have
