If you are using a disc based back-up then Yes you will be able to as long as you are in the same region the game is for.(Disc region can be changed by changing the param.sfo). I am not sure about the PSN versions so someone else will have to comment on those.

I just downloaded it and transfered it to my ps3, what do i have to do to make the expansion pass work?

Yes its a pass so you can get the stumt sparrow and all the dlc's

Now you are just trying to confuse people. If you buy the season pass or download it, either way you will get all that stuff plus all the expansions. Hope that answers your questions.

Strange, I use the PS Store and I don't get banned for it. Where did you hear that?
