he had me send it through friends and family. So paypal won't do anything to dispute im contacting my financial institution to maybe get my money back but paypal can also deny the claim on merchant and still get screwed out of $25. I messaged him quite a few times so yeah he hasn't respond and i suspect he won't either kinda the fact that he just hit and run me because i messaged him a minute or so later saying the code didn't work and he went MIA.
