Apple are delving more and more into the touch world. With the huge success of the iPod Touch, iPhone and now the iPad it seems Apple want to fully integrate tablet functionality into all their products. Blueprints have been officially released that show us the next generation of Mac will have touch functionality supposedly extremely similar to the iPad proven by the image below:

The Macbook Tablet Blueprint. 'isplay 1130' may be rotated to fit snugly over the keyboard and be used practically as an iPad. To use the iMac touch you simply rotate it as shown in the image and it too, will 'transform' into something similar to an iPad.

I think this could be very cool, however, I'm sure we can see a massive jack up in prices. What do you think?

So it's basically an ipad, with a keyboard, and is flash supported?

This is something that will take me awhile to get accustomed to, definitely... To be perfectly honest, I'm not thrilled to hear about all this, though I knew that this was the direction Apple was going in.

Thing is, Apple has yet to disappoint me, as each and every one of their products I have purchased has worked great, and has exceeded my initial expectations. I trust that Apple will do that once again with the next generation of Macs, and will win over my currently pessimistic attitude towards this new era of computing.
