Once you've done that, You substitue Van Der Sar who is playing outfeild for Wayne Rooney, Who was playing in Goal before you subbed him off. You then simply subsitute Foster off for Van Der Sar. Van der sar will end up in a Outfeild Kit while in goal and Wayne Rooney will end up in a Goal Keeper's kit while playing outfeild.
