The only way to get fifa points is to buy them from the store on the game and the only 2 methods are
: PSN CARDS
: ADD FUND VIA CREDIT CARD

As SpongeBob said, fifa points are purchasable through your Fifa 15 game only!
You have the option of buying fifa coins, but EA have restricted that and are banning people for doing so.
