50000000 - 52000000 is a memory range
the offsets for chemistry 100 and rating 5 stars are static offsets in the eboot

I can't release them, because the original hacker is ammar and he want to sell them, so I can't release them for free
BTW all dynamic offsets are like on FIFA 15 with little changes

I updated my rtm tool from fifa 15 to fifa 16 in 30 mins with all hacks (UT editor, score editor, career editor, etc)

For the draft mode the range is 10000000 - 12000000
