If you Own the tool then use the 'All player stats' Once you have 'Swapped Players' Or if you want to edit your current ones, Then just press 'Set Stats'

Ok but i mean the in-game stats like ball control, balance,acceleretion,shot power etc..

It is not included in the tool yet, Maybe in the next update along with 5* Skills, But only certain features can be used against CPU.
