Hey guys, there are rumors floating around the web about the Legendary 360 Slim.

Well here's the LATEST update.

From what originally started with some You must login or register to view this content., it has now turned into real promise. Of course I are talking about the rumored Xbox 360 Slim console, the latest rumors are pointing at an official reveal at this year’s E3 event.

According to a report over at You must login or register to view this content., Microsoft will be following a similar move as Sony, by announcing a Slimmer SKU model of the Xbox 360, while at the same time – reducing the price of the original model.

GoFanBoy also thinks that the Xbox 360 Slim SKU will be introduced at $199, then reduced to $149 shortly after – also following a similar move with the standard model.


What are your thoughts on this? Do you think Microsoft will announce the Slim at E3 2010 or not?

This is a attempt to increase there sales like ps3 did. If it did happen there sales wouldn't really increase by much ps3 is to cheap for what you get and only sold more because of the big change in price drop

i think they will sell good cheaper.but not as much as sony.

StupidXbox doing whatever they can to keep people from buying a ps3... first th Arcade goes to $129 now this? GAH! i hate microsoft... Even copying sony by making a slim console.. Sony made PS1 slim, PS2 slim, PSP slim and PS3 slim... clearly its a sony thing

There would be nothing but problems with a slim Xbox 360. Microsoft fail at making new stuff lol. Thijnk about how much of a global travesty the normal Xbox 360 was when it came out :p

Showing the motherboard is a fail, Proffesional hackers are probably looking into it right this moment figuring out how to Jtag Or Hack the system..

I don't see the point of it, lol. The 360 design now is fine, if they want to make something new make an Xbox 360 portable device like the PSP, although I wouldn't be interested at least it would appeal to more people and be different than just a different look for the Xbox 360 console.
