THQ has officially announced that new downloadable content titled "Enter the Dominatrix" is in development for Saints Row: The Third. This DLC was originally announced as an April Fools' Day prank on the games' fans, however it has indeed transformed from a joke to reality, and the lone expansion for the game will be available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC sometime this coming summer.

The expansion is immediately set after the story of Saints Row: The Third, as the evil alien ruler Zinyak plots to invade the planet of Earth. Zinyak then takes the leader of the Third Street Saints hostage and "imprisons him in an elaborate virtual reality simulation", that is an exact replication of Steelport, but "is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth.".

The expansion will be set at a low price of $29.99, and once again, will be released sometime this coming summer.

All I know is that this game was fucking epic. I am most likely going to buy this DLC to make this game even more fun, not like you actually need it considering all the things there are to do in the game. =D
