EDIT: You have to be signed into PSN to have this code work, and PSN is down so it won't work right now. When PSN is back up I'll keep this offer open. I know you need a copy of Portal 2 to register the code, but I can just sing onto your PSN and validate it from there.

You need the ps3 version to get the PC version. You have to be on PSN while being on Steam for this to work.
