Retail it's $20 bucks, and there is no difference from the retail and this. Actually, this is BETTER because when you pay I send the code right away, it says the whole buying and shipping time. But no, $14 is too little i'm looking for an equivalence like another canadian code.

Just use Xbox support chat and tell them your microsoft point card isn't working, and then give them the code. They'll tell you it should work, and then give you a support number. In like a week they will email you a new code which should be compatible with your account.

This is exactly what happened for me when I had a US code.
