I defeated!
The blue controller has a rapid fire mod with 3 modes (fast,medium,slow). No LED lights.
It comes with power cable and USB cable for controller!
The only downside is the blue ray drive is broken and this console has got the ylod in the past but has been reballed (fixed) and now runs smooth as butter ^^

I'm sorry to say but I'm sure that Controller hasn't got Rapid Fire Modes on it because i have exactly the same one in blue and red and mine dont have Rapid Fire Modes.

Could you post the picture using IMG tags VB image upload does not work. Also make sure you have a bit of paper or card with your NGU name next too it.
