(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I bought a YLOD ps3 on eBay and sent it to Vince to get it fixed, here is what Vince said:

"Might want to get a refund from that guy. The ps3 case was in 2 when i opened the box and i think it is either RSOD or bricked. I tried 3 times to reflux it and turn it back on and it doesnt even load"

He also said that If you want to fix this ps3, it would cost up to $150-$200.

I will take any offer, but will consider it before accepting it.. I think Vince would like you to pay for shipping so I will do $10 for shipping.

*Serious Buyers Only*

RSOD can be fixed easily

its likely bricked so your gonna need a hardware flasher, E3 , progskeet etc..
if the ebay auction said YLOD i would get a refund

thats wrong if your ps3 is bricked your not fixing it unless you have the nor or nand dump for that ps3 what are you going to flash it with ? magic if your fixing it using a flasher because of how bad of a brick you will amost always need a nor/nand backup

just for reference you know when 3.55 was out a lv2 diag file in the usb root would fix rsod due from trying to force downgrade off a dongle of some kind , have they made anything like that yet for current cfw ? maybe thats what you were thinking

rsod is easy you dont need to do anything special to fix just load the llv2 modded for the rsod and then load the lv1 modded for rsod and it will restore
