And I just realized how skinny I actually am. I need to put on some serious weight and also build some muscle. Do you have any suggestions on the best way to achieve this goal before the summer?
Lol I took a ENG1 Medical today and it turns out I'm underweight but all I do is sit around eat and do **** all but yet I'm underweight I don't even exercise. In all honesty I'd rather be underweight than overweight though.

But I want to get some muscle. My mum is getting me some protein in the local vitamin store. I think I'll drink some of that and go to the gym. Girls like muscle.
It's all pretty easy to understand. All you have to do is get a set of dumbbells, any shitty pair of weights will do, and set out different types of workouts you can do with the weights. Check out scooby1961 on youtube and he has literally everything to help you out. But just eat high protein food: red meat, chicken, fish, wholemeal bread, milk and healthy cereals. Every time you're about to workout have a glass of milk (drink water during the workout) and once you're finished eat as much protein rich foods as you can aswell as more milk. In your case you don't seem to give a shit if it's muscle gaining or just pure fat. So you can eat pretty much anything after you've had as much protein as you can. It won't happen in a week or a month either. It will take some time to see some bit of change but if you do about 1 hour of pure weight workouts every day you'll definitely notice it. Seeing as you're another Irish man you'll understand the culchie side of things, ate up them spuds and get that food down ya and you'll get some hair on that chest.

go to the gym and do upper body and drink protein shakes

just take steorids ul be big in 1 month
You might try and cutting smaller lines of Coke out.
That thing goes across the room and that much blow can really reduce you appetite.
Don't sweat the weight thing, If you really want to get bigger, you are going to have to start lifting weights.
You just have a high metabolism and nothing but lifting is going to add weight.
You kind of remind me of the head nerd kid from 16 candles and look at him now.
