But I still know people who play it, so I decided to do extensive research & contact EA themselves to see why Photo Mode has suddenly gone.
So, I originally searched Google, and it came up with a thread, then a quote from Twitter by one of the managers of EA explaining that they are simply "upgrading" the Photo Mode and that it will be back up soon.
After reading that thread; I kept on returning to the official NFS website to see if it came back; after about 2 weeks or so, I decided it was enough and contacted their customer support area.
Within about a week, I had a reply back to my first question.
The first reply I got back was this:

Soon after, I replied back asking where the Photo Mode or why it wasn't deleted/updated on the PS3 version of the game... Again, within a week or so, I got another reply.

Well, it looks as though Photo Mode won't be featured/coming back again for a long time.
I hope this helped anyone who still plays NFS Undercover and are wondering why Photo Mode suddenly disappeared.
