No, cops can not touch a victim of any kind, cuz they're not trained and might cause more damage... my friend is a cop, trust me i know

"...Pedestrian verses Car" < ? He could of said a pedestrian was hit by a car, cause what if the receiver thought of it as a different way?
Eg.Ped VS Car > Ped Win :y: ?
