Post: Drinking water and then doing sit ups = Bad idea!

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Just abit of general advice, NEVER EVER do sit-ups and drink water at the same time.

    Drinking water and then doing sit ups feels really weird due to the water moving in your stomach (and it sounds 
weird too since you can hear it)


And it makes you feel sick after :S

Same thing happened to me lol, oh but I learned from my mistakes and wouldn't do it again :p.

This will also occur if you drink other liquids... :dumb:
