I can relate to this fully, as I have a neighbour next door at the moment who is an absolute head case!

She's called the cops on us well over 10 times, harrassed us, knocked over fence panels in an attempt to get us removed and got her solicitors to send us a letter. Overall a complete toss pot.

Funny thing is, no matter what she does she won't win. I feel for this guy here, as he clearly is doing nothing wrong but enjoying himself in his own property.
Women like her, and any men for that matter, should just bury their head in the sand and stay there, hopefully suffocating in the process!
