Ok, so this is how it all works.
A premium member votes a non-premium member and answers all the questions needed (below) of why you choose him. REMEMBER: Only premiums get to vote. The non-premium with the most votes, by July 5th, 2011, will get donated to NGU (bby me Smile ) Now these are the questions you gotta answer.
