Isn't that crazy!! Kids that old SHOULD NOT be smoking, its an early start to Lung Cancer.

I'm 15 and theirs 13 year olds I know that smoke. I've been smoking weed since 13 as well.

I would say "parents these days"
Allowing their children to be raised by the TV and Internet, instead of taking responsibilty for raising them themselves!!
