I think she did it. And I cant believe that the jury has set her free. Theres something up and she will get hers soon. I just cant believe that she would do that t oher poor little girl, even if it was an "accident." Anybody else have an opinion?

She was guilty of numerous crimes and is obviously responsible for it.

The only reason she got off was the fact there wasn't undenying proof. Why? Because this case took too **** long to get going. If this had started immediately she would be in jail now.

Either way, there is just too much shadyness going on.

There wasn't enough evidence against her. I'm looking at what was presented and it seems like they pulled out whatever they could, half of so being bs. In my opinion, I think she didn't kill her but rather freaked out and tried to hide her dead child. She in my opinion still deserves jail time, 1-5 years, but nothing more.

Events like this happen all the time, what made it so big was the death penalty was brought up. You have to understand, this happens a lot every day. (The more days that passed with a case, would have helped bring about the ability to gather more evidence).

So you are telling me that the little girl involved got justice? No. Mommy got off with pretty much a slap on the wrist cause her charges arent as bad now. They shouldnt not have believed all of her lies during the investigation... I mean seriously? Why arent you going to help the pole? Why are you going to lie and steer them in other directions. That doesnt make any sense for a confused and worried loving parent to do. She was an irresponsible women and never deserved to be a mother. Thats the plain truth. And the Jury... well gee thanks for putting that murdering b**ch back on the streets....

I think her parents had something to do with it. I really hope that they try to get her parents on something, maybe Casey Anthony will spill the beans since she has been found innocent but I doubt it. It won't matter what her sentence is she will probably walk for time spent in jail and that's that, but her life is over reguardless. Casey Anthony will not be able to go anywhere with out someone knowing who she is and she will always be looked down on. It's sad what happened to that little girl and I pray to god that she does not have another child.

Was she guilty? Yes. No one else could have put that duck tape over her mouth and put her in 3 body bags. It's a shame that a mother could get away with doing that to her child.

And then Casey's mother and father were whack-a-doo's too. I guess her father helped her get rid of the body? Who knows.. The fact of the matter is, there wasn't enough proof to consider her guilty, and it's a real shame because she deserves to rot in jail or get the death penalty.

I just read up on it and it seems too weird for it to be an accident. Ok, I can imagine burying the body from freaking out the girl was accidentally killed, as in fall down some stairs, off a swing etc. But the duct tape is odd. Why would you need to duck tape a dead child? I just read that the tape had an unknown print on it. And it wasn't anyone the police checked, and obvs checked casey. Then again, why wait 1 month to report it? There is no Cause of Death either. I can see why it's a hard case to judge. I don't really know what to think.
