Well the vBulletin takes care of most things, the staff that are already on the forum can also moderate the forum. I could hire new staff and nobody would mind if they didn't get it because this is a friendly community, I could go to the source of the vBulleplugins and update them using the original source or my own knowledge. I would add things every now and again just like a surprise, but not too much, you don't want your users expecting something new every day/week.
