A couple of days ago some noob asked me for an invite to my call of duty elite clan. My clan is at level 35 and well it's a bitch leveling that bitch up at the moment. I sent him the invite but he didn't have founder's xp so I had to kick him. He bitched for a minute then asked me if I could make him leader of the clan for 10 minutes so he could do this glitch that would make the clan level 50. I said no. The next day, he messaged me on XBL asking me if I could make him clan leader again. This time he said he has some weird title and doesn't want to get banned so he wants to undo it but he needs to be the clan leader of a clan that's level 30 or higher. He said he'll get me sponsored and I'll get $130 every month to play call of duty. Because I don't take games seriously, I told him that instead, he could give me the $130 and I can make him leader for 10 minutes. He agreed, but wanted me to make him leader first. We negotiated for a couple of days and we finally reached an agreement. He would pay me $30 first, I make him leader, he then makes me leader when he's done and sends me the $100. He sent me the $30 gift via paypal and now it was my turn. At this point, I know damn well he is trying to steal my clan and that he's willing to basically pay $30 for my clan. So with a little help from google, I managed to come up with this screenshot:

I told him it won't let me make him leader but if he sends me his account details and the program, I can try to do it myself. He refuses and says that I should send him my account details and he'll take care of it. I agreed, but only if he sends me the $100 first. I am now awaiting his reply.
Now I'm stuck. Should I take his $30 and give him a life lesson or should I take the $130 and really teach him a lesson? There is no way in hell I am giving his $30 back but I'm not a scammer and I really don't know what to do. I can alternatively find a way to get his account details and you guys could **** his shit up, but does he deserve that punishment?
REVISED UPDATE:
Let me start off with explaining the elite shit I did today. I made a complete new account with the paypal address he was sending the money to so he would believe it's the real deal. The account was completely new. I sent him the details to that account and told him that was my account but I had unlinked my gamertag. He linked his gamertag and didn't see the clan. I told him I got an email from elite asking me if I wanted the clan to stay with the cod elite account or my gamertag. I then asked for all the money up front so I won't lose anything if he decides to steal my clan. He wouldn't send me the remaining $80 but we agreed on sending half, I click the link, then after he sees clan he sends the rest. So he sent me $40. I now have $90 of his dollars. I told him I clicked the link but it said it would take 24-48 hours for it to update on cod elite. I then asked him more about the glitch. He explained to me that he did the prestige token glitch and that he would be using a program called mod box to reset it to 0 but he needed a clan with level over 30. I then told him that no such glitch exists and asked if he was trying to steal my clan and he replied with 3 letters. LOL.
I didn't see what was funny so I asked "lol what?" and I'm awaiting his reply. I tried to log in to the dummy cod elite account but he changed pass. I tried recovering the pass but he changed the email. I repeatedly told him not to change any of the account details. By doing so, he is breaking our agreement right? I had his phone number but I deleted the message with it and I never saved it. So now I'm at the point where he thinks his plan was successful.
What do I do now?
FINAL UPDATE:
I started today with accusing this noob of stealing my clan because he changed account details. He went on the defensive and said it was his security measure so I wouldn't scam him. I told him I contacted Activision and they were making the clan stay on my gamertag and not my "dummy" cod elite account. I then asked him for the tutorial of the glitch he was trying to do. He told me to pay him the money back and he'll give it to me. Then he threatened to call the FBI on me and report me to Activision so they would ban my xbox. ****ing noob. I then told him I knew from day 1 he was trying to steal my clan and I forced him to apologize. Here are his apologies:
