So I'm wondering if I should get the upcoming Beats Wireless By Dr. Dre or a HD PVR.

Pros:
- Prices are about the same.
- I need headphones and I want a recording device.
- I am very into both things

Cons:
- I only use an HDMI cable for my Xbox
- I'm gonna buy a pair of Turtle Beach x41s
- I will only use the beats mostly at home

Please don't flame one another over which is better, I just need some opinions. Thanks Smile

HD PVR.

You can get headphones anywhere. You don't need Beats.

Get the HD PVR. Go to walmart and buy another headphones. The beats are not the best ones in the world.

Keepin it real
lol get the hd pvr. But if you want headphones, never go for beats! They're sound quality is horrible, i'm tired of seeing all of these kids get jipped. Get the Denon ah 2000 if you want some real headphones for about the same price.

According to your pros and cons, you would be best suited for a HD PVR. The choice is entirely up to you though. :y:

HD PVR as it could make you money. You'll have fun recording stuff ect..

Beats are crap not even good. Why would you mostly use Headphones at Home?

Well it depends what you plan on doing with the HD-PVR. Are you going to be starting a YouTube channel or already have one and start recording gameplays? If you're planning on starting one I'll just let you know right now that it's not easy to get big anymore. :/

Also, I've heard that you can get much better headphones than beats for a much better price. I've personally not compared any so I wouldn't know for sure but I thought I'd just go ahead and let you know. Winky Winky

Family Guy FTW
I got in ear beats and love em. I know they arnt the best, but the bass is incredible. If you want clarity Klipsch make awesome clear crisp sound. But anyway, if you want both. Flip a coin, if you get headphones but hesitate, get the PVR. It makes the decision for you :p
+Btw, sennhieser also make good headphones!
