What does this Trick do?
-This trick lets you post a status via an application. ( a fake application)

therefore it will show like this:

From this menu you can always go back and change the name of your application for the future(or you can make a new one if you wish)

you do not need to fill out any information.
however, you may choose to add a icon (so it looks more legit):
