Post: Do you listen to anything to sleep?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I always listen to a film to get to sleep, any type of film, because it takes me like a hour to sleep. I have the sound low just enough to hear voices. I know some people listen to rain or thunder and rain etc so what do you listen to, to help you sleep

I can't sleep without a fan, not because it's hot, but because the sound of it soothes me. :|

I listen to the tv on also and some music sometimes, i have VH1 music channel, so i just put this in very low sound and i put the tv to turn off itself after 1 hour... then i sleep like an angel. Lol.

I always listen to music when i sleep... The only thing bad about it is that when I'm about to get a deep sleep theres a part of the music that could sound loud and that scares the shit out of me,and i gotta go back to sleep again Gaspkay:

I don't listen to the tv when I go to sleep. I instead watch it until I get tired then sleep.

I'm not the type that can just lie down without being tired and fall asleep 20 minutes later. I need to actually be tired (hence why I'm up till 2am on school nights).

I typically have my fan on and put my TV sleeper option to 30 minutes.

usually my box fan does the trick, but sometimes if i'm having trouble, Gregorian chant really helps!

When I was younger I used to listen to a radio station called talk sport, on the nights they used to have guest speakers in talking about ufos, illuminati etc
If it was a shitshow then I'd pop on a smashing pumpkins tape

I use to listen to audiobooks, but now I just have my windows open so I can hear something going on, I always get woken up early by the Dawn Chorus though.
