The only way I could see it being possible would be with some sort of an online virtual credit card. But there was a method and it was quickly discovered.

Buy a prepaid, you can probs buy one online, pay someone over here to send you one, or you can DIY (some stores might allow under 18's to have a prepaid) once you have a prepaid be sure you have atleast a dollar on it because paypal takes a certain amount out so that you can verify its yours (you just say how much was taken out)

Not sure on this mate but it would be better to just make an account based on the Country or Nation that your in for Security reasons.
