Wow. My first car was a 92' Chevrolet Cavalier, and my second was a 94' Mazda 626. I honestly liked the Cavalier better, but I didn't have it as long because I got rammed by a welding truck while stopped at a red light. My Mazda was nice too, but it was used and had some major issues when I first got it. To be honest I think either one of those cars would be a good choice for a first vehicle.

was your 626 manual or auto? the manuals had less problems then the automatics

It was automatic unfortunately.
