If you cannot read the questions above, they are in the spoiler below.

13. Use the figure at the right.

a. Write the vertex matrix for the rectangle (vertices are (1,2) (top left), (4,4) (top right), (2,-1) (bottom left), (5,1) (bottom right))
For this question, I didn't know whether it was a 2x4 or a 4x2 matrix, so that's why I need help (an answer for this such as 4x2 or 2x4 should suffice, as I can easily write it).

b. Use matrix multiplication to find BA if B = You must login or register to view this content..

c. Graph the vertices of the transformed quadrilateral on the previous graph. Describe the transformation.

d. Make a conjecture about what transformation B[sup]-1[/sup] describes on a coordinate plane.

14.
Use the alphabet table below tand the inverse of coding matrix C = You must login or register to view this content. to decode this message:

Today Will Be Different
This is so easy.. it's called nope I cannot help you. Just go to school tomorrow and turn in a blank sheet of paper like Rath used to do :nerd:

This is crazy. I just finished this lesson last week too haha. Encoding, Decoding, multiplying using Cramer's rule, etc. I don't have my notes with me but if i did, I would have assisted you. Sorry, man. But for your frist question... it says find BA, well the only way you could do that is if "a x b= b x c ". right? Therefore if B = You must login or register to view this content. (which is 2x2, then the other matrix would have to be a 2x4.
Do all of that to get your answer. TO find the inverse, find the determinant and put it under 1. In the matrix you just got, switch D and A and flip the signs of B and C. The multiply 1/detBA by your answer to the switched matrix. Then you get the inverse. For the rest, you're on your own, sorry.

I never learned that in school. I'd remember if I did haha.

Therefore, ask teacher for multiple choices. Then pick C.
