A coloured name as in staff or elite?
Elite you buy
Staff you earn or become popular enough that it doesn't matter if you are good or not you will get promoted (earn it don't become a popular douche)

Only you can help yourself to become big, like I said earn staff by working for it, helping member out, reporting posts, not asking for it etc oh and sending a picture or 2 of your naked girlfriend to my inbox will help you a LOT :p

In my opinion,it doesn't really matter if you're successful or not on here. but if you want to have some bonuses and become a respected member:
-Buy Elite if you want a coloured name and some other cool features
-Contribute and help other members, don't just come here to get hacks and glitches
-Be nice to everyone and respect other people's opinion
-Don't take rep and popularity on the forums to seriously
You can add your YT, Twitter etc. through the "Control Panel" on the top bar
