Its just there, but they aren't planning on fixing it for a while because it isn't essential. In the meantime.. You must login or register to view this content.

Dunno. I never really looked at all the different layouts/themes. Plus JP pretty much explained it, if anything repairing the old theme is on the bottom of the list for things to do. :p
