Ultimately China doesn't depend on the United States, but we do support their economy. However we owe them a lot of money, and I firmly believe that if push comes to shove and we go to war with North Korea, China will seize the opportunity to aid North Korea, plus China has been known to aid them with intermediate range ballistic missiles. Now recently Vladimir Putin has been ignoring North Korea altogether and been focusing on Iran, so Russia is out of the picture. However my speculation could be entirely wrong, maybe he will come to the beck and call of North Korea. But I don’t think he would ruin Russia’s relation with the United States so it’s one of those situations that you can’t predict. And what people fail to understand is that the Soviet Union dissolved in 1991, so Russia is now a Federation but still corrupt. So I strongly believe Vladimir Putin will not step in to help a communist regime because that could ultimately cause Russians to lose faith in him. The cons definitely outweigh the pros in that instance.
But onto the whole topic of North Korea attacking the United States. The possibility is there, and chances are they might. However they do want to take over South Korea, and this has been something that North Korea has wanted to do for a long time. Now the tensions are rising and faster than they have been, and I believe we will be finding out if an attack is eminent soon. Since we have mobilized antimissile systems to Guam it could be a possibility that the DPRK will go on the offensive at any time. But in the end the odds are stacked against them. Japan has always had a bad relation with the DPRK, and is an obvious ally to the United States and South Korea so they will definitely help fight North Korea.
All in all it’s a waiting game. We will have to wait until further actions are taken by the DPRK, South Korea, the United States, China and Japan. But I wouldn’t be surprised if we do go to war.
I agree, it's all speculation at this point. China actually heavily depends upon us with their economy. We are a mass producer in their country using their labor to create products which are then sold back to us. They too sell their items to us as well. We have a heavy import of goods from their country and a small deport.
With our economic problems, countries all over the worlds suffered. China was affected; a main reason why they are doing well however is we continue to buy from them because they make things cheaply. Although they make it cheap, they don't last. We also owe them a shit load of money...
Lol, Russia is fucking corrupt. Aha.
Idk, only time will tell. I have a feeling we will be in war in the next year and that we have war lasting for a few years. Somewhere down the line, some government will assassinate the Korean leader and put in a new leader...
